Transport Volunteers: The main function of the Transport Volunteer is to provide transportation and chaperones for appointment, outings, and events. Volunteers are needed 7 days a week at all hours. Volunteer a few times a week or as little as once per month. A minimum 3 hour training session, background check and driving record check is required prior to serving this position.
PENNY THRIFT Store Clerks: Penny Thrift clerks assist in many areas of the store operations to include greeting & assisting customers, tidying & stocking the shelves, pricing merchandise and running the cash register. Volunteers are needed Tuesday thru Saturday 9am -4pm. Volunteer a few time a week or as little as once per month, usually in half day or whole day shifts. Community Involvement Advocate: Serve as a ministry liaison with your church or organization. Examples: host and promote approved fundraising projects; encourage your group to collect items from our needs list; lead a sorting event at our warehouse; talk to your church leadership about becoming a Church Ministry Partner; or contact our office to have a representative speak at your next event.
