UNABLE TO RELOCATE: On April 27th 2015 we opened our Penny Thrift Lincolnton Store, located at 3762 E. Hwy. 27 in Iron Station, in efforts to raise needed funds for the operation of our King’s Daughters Ministry Emerald House Shelter Home in Stanley, NC. We have grown in this community and gained wonderful new customers. Unfortunately the high cost of operating at this location outweighs the benefit to our shelter home. Attempts to find an affordable suitable place to relocate have thus far been unsuccessful. Therefore, effective June 24th or until all inventory is cleared, whichever comes first, we have decided to close this store until we find a new location. We will no longer be able to receive donations at the Lincolnton location but will continue to operate in effort to sell off inventory and fixtures. Our Penny Thrift store in Stanley will remain open and is profitable for providing funds for our shelter. We will continue to receive donations at the Stanley store located at 532 Hwy 27 South in Stanley.
