As many of you know, this past Saturday, the 21st, we had a booth out at the Belmont Garibaldi Festival with the purpose of bringing awareness to the community about our ministry.  We were also selling t-shirts with our ministry logo in an effort to raise funds for day-to-day ministry expenses.
It certainly was a hot day at the festival but our dedicated volunteers who staffed the booth complained not!… Thank you Tracy Helton, Gail Robinson (and daughters Paris & Sarah), and Misty Aubry.  To Christy Clark, our event volunteer coordinator, we thank you for working it out even with two little ones under foot. You take multi-tasking to a whole new level.  A special shout out goes to Marsha Frazier who made necklaces for us to sell at this event as well as the Mt. Holly Festival with all profits going to the ministry!  To Suzanne Lamunion, thank you for your courage to serve amidst personal grief.  We pray the Lord abundantly blesses you for your sacrifice.
Though our total sales were just $71.00, we made some great contacts and met some amazing people!  My old bible study group even stopped by…thank you ladies; it was a treasure seeing you after all this time…you are still as lovely as ever and I look forward to getting together with your group very soon.  A special thanks to my husband, Greg, for once again hauling our stuff around and helping set up.  You really are a treasure.
We are continually amazed at God’s provision and blessing at the ministry and cherish the support we receive from our families, friends, and community.  Hope to see you at the Ministry Yard Sale this Saturday, the 28th!

Blessings to all!
