Applicants accepted into this program are provided with supervised shelter, food, clothing, counseling, transport & other needs. Individuals participate in counseling and education offered in our Ruby Hall Recovery Center. To earn graduate status, individuals must complete at least one year in residency and 800 direct education hours during their stay at Emerald House. All services free of charge.

Who can apply?

    Females age 18-30 years old with or without children. Can be pregnant.

Qualifications:

This is a long-term program 12-18 months for women with or without children up to 4 years old fleeing from domestic violence, recovering from addiction, homeless, or struggling to recover from trauma.
